mini lamb burgers with vegees

An easy and quick meal…minced lamb (500 g, 1 lb), 1 finely minced garlic clove, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 Tb apple cider vinegar…mixed together and formed into small patties.  Cooked to your liking and served on mini-pitta breads.  Served with steamed baby broccoli, carrot and corn.
