Peking duck

Broccoli and carrot creamy pasta
Chop up 2 stalks celery, 1 head broccoli, 2 small carrots and 3 garlic cloves. Sauté, add 1/2 cup chicken consume, 1/4 cup cream, 1 Tb tomato paste, 1 Tb oregano and black pepper. Cook until vegees are tender and serve with pasta. A quick and simple dinner!
